Summary: The place is beautiful and look like a castle! The water is really warm. The costumer service is pretty good. However, we should arrive early because is really busy and is hard to find a place to sit down if you arrive late like we did.

Summary: It was a really good experience. It was a beautiful day so we wanted to stay outside in the thermal pool. One of the thermal pools was closed which made it busy but this didn’t affect the experience
